Implementation
Region Örebro County rolled out Bemlo in just under four weeks. The rollout covered training for administrators and department managers, support for managers and suppliers, synchronisation of the organisational structure and users, and setting up agreements in the system.
The key was good communication and planning ahead on both sides. The region and Bemlo began by agreeing on an implementation plan, which they then followed closely. When a step took longer than planned, they could act on it straight away.
In just four weeks, we have successfully implemented Bemlo’s procurement system. Now, the entire region is not only up and running but also fully equipped to operate according to the new national agreement and its requirements.
